The “Vertech Gpm” vertical multi-level ovens are developed and built by the Giardina Group for the flash-off of painting products in small spaces. The belts are arranged in stacked levels (five or six, depending on the configuration) and allow the painted products to be loaded in a continuous “first in first out” cycle. This ensures equal drying time for all pieces, while occupying just one fifth or sixth of the space required by a horizontal oven.
“VERTECH GPM5”
The “Vertech Gpm5” flash-off oven is designed to handle painting products applied to any type of substrate. Each of the five stacked belt levels is powered by an inverter-controlled motor to ensure fast, precise movement of the items to be painted. The oven uses a laminar airflow system to distribute air evenly between the levels, effectively extracting solvents and allowing the paint to level out uniformly.
Air is drawn in from outside, filtered, and heated before being introduced into the oven, with temperature precisely regulated by an electronic thermostat.
Two versions are available (the “Vertech GPM5 6500” and the “Vertech GPM5 7500”) with different conveyor belt lengths (6,500 or 7,500 millimetres), offering maximum flexibility in terms of storage capacity and airflow management.

“VERTECH GPM6”
Like all ovens in the “Vertech GPM” range, the “Vertech GPM6” is designed for the flash-off of painting products on a variety of substrates.
This model features a six-level conveyor system with a length of either 6,500 millimetres (“Vertech GPM6 6500”) or 7,500 millimetres (“Vertech GPM6 7500”). Thanks to the laminar air distribution across the six levels, ventilation is managed evenly and efficiently.

“CLEANING BOX”
The “Cleaning Box” air intake system, available across the entire range, draws in air from outside, filters it, and heats it using a radiant coil. Two differential pressure switches continuously monitor filter condition and trigger maintenance alerts in the event of clogging.
