“The “Lamitech AC-TL-Gel 6” flash-off and gelation tunnel is designed to treat solvent- and waterbased painting products, particularly for paints applied by spray, but also by film painting or roller painting cycles. It is equipped with “TL” and “Gel” lamps and enables the gelation of UV paints with precise temperature control, ensuring optimal polymerisation of the painting film.
The hood is fitted with a plenum for the distribution of filtered, heated air through a pressurisation unit that ensures a constant laminar airflow. The air is heated by a radiant coil and regulated by an electronic thermostat, maintaining the desired temperature throughout the process.
