The “Cleantech G02-20” is a panel dusting machine equipped with rotary sector brushes and blowers, which can be configured for any panel surface cleaning operation, including edges, holes and milled areas, on both raw and painted pieces, depending on the type of brush used.
The cleaning unit features a large-diameter brush made of mixed natural Tampico fibre and nylon, along with a blower fitted with 16 rotating nozzles, which activates automatically as the piece passes through. Both cleaning units are equipped with dust extraction hoods.
The height of the cleaning unit can be adjusted to the panel thickness using a handwheel and monitored via a decimal gauge.
“G02″ series machines are modular, allowing various units to be combined to achieve the ideal configuration for any panel-cleaning requirement before and during varnishing.
It is the perfect solution for brushing, dusting, and blowing operations on one or both faces, as well as the edges, of both flat and shaped panels.
All machines in the “G02” series can be controlled locally or remotely from a central unit.
