Giardina Group at Glasstec 2026 with solutions for the glass industry
From 20 to 23 October, Giardina Group will be in Düsseldorf with a booth developed together with Marval and Deka Makine, partnerships that strengthen the Group’s presence in flat glass and insulating glass processing.
In the spotlight at Hall 12, Booth G76, will be the “Rolltech G02-05 GL” roller coater and the “Robo Seal” automatic robotic sealing machine.
From 20 to 23 October 2026, Giardina Group will be among the exhibitors at Glasstec Düsseldorf, the international event dedicated to the glass industry. The Group will be present in Hall 12, Booth G76, with a booth developed together with Marval, a company specialising in the development of solutions and technologies for insulating glass production, and Deka Makine, an Ankara-based company with long-standing experience in the design and manufacture of glass processing machinery.
The participation marks another important step in the development of an increasingly competitive and comprehensive offering for the insulating glass sector, supported by an international partnership of significant strategic value.
Taking part in the event will also provide a new opportunity for Giardina Group Glass Division to meet the market. The division was created to bring together and develop expertise and technologies dedicated to a material that has taken on an increasingly important role within the Group’s portfolio in recent years.
“Glass represents an increasingly important area of development for Giardina Group”, comments Stefano Mauri, co-owner of Giardina Group together with his brother Riccardo Mauri. “We have chosen to invest in this market in a structured way, drawing on all the expertise we have developed over the years in application, handling and process automation. Our aim is to progressively expand our offering with reliable, flexible solutions that can be configured around customers’ actual production requirements. In this process, being able to rely within the Group on Marval’s specialist expertise in insulating glass allows us to integrate complementary technologies, broaden our portfolio and approach this specific market with an increasingly comprehensive vision. Glasstec is therefore a particularly important event for us, not only to present our solutions, but also to engage with a highly specialised market and gather valuable input for the future development of the division”.
Alongside technology, market development is another key focus, with particular attention to Germany and, more broadly, Central Europe.
“The German market has traditionally paid close attention to technology, process quality and the reliability of solutions”, adds Stefano Tibè, Sales Director of Giardina Group. “It is a responsive market in which we see interesting potential for the Group’s technologies, particularly when machine performance is combined with flexibility, customisation and integration into more complex production lines. Being in Düsseldorf means being able to engage directly with operators who know the sector extremely well, understand how their production requirements are evolving and demonstrate in practical terms what Giardina Group can also bring to the glass industry”.
A complete line for glass processing
In Düsseldorf, a complete line combining Giardina Group and Marval technologies will be on display.
Among the Giardina Group solutions will be the “Rolltech G02-05 GL”, a roller coater specifically developed for the application of ceramic, organic and UV products on flat glass sheets. Available with working widths ranging from 600 to 3,300 mm, the machine can be equipped with different types of rollers according to specific application requirements.
Completing the line will be Marval’s “Robo Seal”, an automatic robotic sealing machine for the final sealing of insulating glass units. The machine can work with different types of sealants, including polysulphide, silicone and polyurethane products, and is available in different size configurations, with variable speeds of up to 20 metres per minute.
Representing Giardina Group at the event will be Stefano Mauri, Stefano Tibè, Sales Director of the Group, Paco Fernandez, Sales and Technical Country Consulting, Federico Bassi, Giardina Group Glass Division Consultant, and Michela Bonacasa, Sales Back Office.
