Giardina Group will be one of the main participants at BeOpen Brescia, the traveling event promoted by the LegnoLegno Consortium, dedicated to professionals in the wooden doors, windows, and frames sector. The event is scheduled for October 23, with the group attending in collaboration with CML Finishing.
“This will be a strategic opportunity to showcase the technological solutions developed by Giardina Group for the window and door industry, with a particular focus on advanced systems for the automated painting of doors”, explained Stefano Mauri, co-owner of the group along with his brother Riccardo.

Among the featured technologies is the Robotech GS15 Doors system — a flexible and complete solution that allows for the automatic spraying of doors and panels, adaptable to any production need. Thanks to a sophisticated dimensional reading system and motorized trays, the Robotech GS15 Doors ensures efficiency, quality, and continuous operation, even during the loading and unloading phases.

Optional features include an automatic door rotation system, automatic spray gun cleaning, and automatic loading from racks, all designed to increase the plant’s productivity and flexibility. The system is typically installed in pressurized spray booths paired with drying cabins, ensuring the highest quality of the finishing process.
