The “MVT 5000 Glossy (2SL300+1SL100)” is a singlesided machine which, like its sister machines, is the ideal solution for polishing “High-Gloss” panels after sanding. After working the piece with two “CTL160SF” sanding units, cotton brushes impregnated with abrasive wax remove any marks left by sanding and touch up any imperfections.
This machine, suitable for processing flat edges, is equipped with fully independent polishing units: two “SL300” units – polishing brush groups with wax dispensers – and one “SL100” unit – an adjustable cleaning brush – which can be adjusted along three axes: height, tilt, and depth.
The brushing group consists of a motor-spindle unit equipped with a pack of felt discs with a diameter of 350 millimetres, driven by an asynchronous motor. It also includes a 300-millimetre unit supported by a tailstock with belt transmission.
The machine has a “Plc” (“Programmable Logic Controller”) control for general automation and a “Plc” control on the individual units. It is also equipped for “Industry 5.0”.
