The “Lamitech AC-TL-Gel 6” drying and gelling tunnel is a proven solution for the treatment of solvent- and water-based coating products, developed by Giardina Group to ensure consistent quality and precise process control.
Designed to work with both solvent- and water-based coatings, the “Lamitech AC-TL-Gel 6” is particularly effective with spray-applied paints, but it is also suitable for curtain or roller coating cycles. The combination of “TL” and “Gel” lamps makes it possible to achieve UV paint gelling, ensuring precise temperature control and optimal polymerization of the coating film.

A distinctive feature of the system is the hood with a plenum for the distribution of filtered and heated air, powered by a pressurization unit that guarantees a constant laminar airflow. The air, heated by a radiant coil and regulated by an electronic thermostat, maintains the set temperature throughout the process, thus providing uniformity and reliability of treatment.
