Giardina Group at WoodTech Warsaw: stand D4.20

Giardina Group, the Figino Serenza-based group specialized in coating and finishing solutions, will take part in Woodtech Poland, the trade fair dedicated to woodworking technologies scheduled to take place from March 17 to 19 in Warsaw.

The event represents an opportunity to connect with the Polish market, which is particularly dynamic and constantly evolving. Giardina Group will be exhibiting at stand D4.20, where it will showcase two technologies designed to ensure quality, efficiency and flexibility in finishing and sanding processes.

Taking center stage in the coating area will be the “Singletech 300”, an automatic spraying machine with a central reciprocating unit for the application of stains, sealers and topcoats on smooth and shaped surfaces, including edges. An entry-level solution with high performance, it ensures uniform application and effective overspray control. It is available in the “Single Belt (SB)”, “Single Belt Paper (SBC)” and “Dual Belt (DB)” configurations, with either dry (Dry) or water (Wet) overspray abatement systems. In the sanding segment, the “MVT 3000 (LVGT 2AT 2 SB)” will be on display, a single-sided automatic machine from the “MVT” line, ideal for sanding the edges of MDF and chipboard panels, as well as products coated with polyurethane or water-based primers. Particularly suitable for matt kitchen doors, interior doors and furniture components, it is equipped with two “AT” belt sanding units for flat and shaped edges and two “SB100 Scotch Brite” units for superfinishing, satin finishing and brushing. The dual PLC, dedicated to general control and to the management of individual units, ensures a high level of automation and optimized production cycles.
