Primer line for MDF panels

A period of intense activity in North America for Giardina Group. An interesting line for the finishing of MDF panels mainly used for internal walls of buildings is quickly going in production.

Our customer is experimenting on a particular painting cycle (water-based white primer applied with curtain coater and UV white primer applied by roller) on MDF panels, which is particularly effective, which gives high impermeability, therefore an absolutely „environmental friendly cycle”.

The new line has been developed hand in hand with the customer, Giardina Group and the paint supplier, to define new primerization standards. The first results are such that the experience is already being replicated on another installation for larger panels.

The structure of the line, the automatic loading and unloading and the in-line flipper, allow the Canadian company to be able to obtain products which are perfectly aligned with their high quality standards.
