The “MVT 4000 (LVGT 3AT+2SB)” is a single-sided automatic machine, ideal for sanding the edges of straight panels made of solid wood, Mdf, chipboard, coated or treated with polyurethane paints and polyesters. A perfect solution for sanding not only panel edges, but also doors, kitchen cabinet fronts and shutters, delivering excellent results on the first pass and easy to use.
“MVT 4000 (LVGT 3AT2SB)” is equipped with three “AT” units and two “SB” units. “AT” belt sanding units are suitable for sanding flat and shaped edges. At 110 millimetres high, with an adjustable tilt and an interchangeable sanding pad, they provide the greatest possible flexibility during treatment and perfect sanding in a short time, thereby streamlining the production cycle.
The Scotch Brite (“SB”) units are brush sanding units and abrasive wheel sanding units suitable for superfinishing, satin-finishing and brushing polished surfaces.
