The “Rolltech G02-08” ” filler applicator enables the application of low- to medium-viscosity UV– and water-based fillers or primers on all flat surfaces. The machine consists of a first applicator unit designed to deposit large product quantities and a second smoothing unit with a reverse function that pushes the filler into the piece fibre while removing excess non-absorbed product to achieve a perfectly smooth surface.
The machine is equipped with a roller conveyor system, with large diameter back-up rollers and an emergency quick lifting system.
