„Singletech 300“: the single-arm spraying machine


The “Singletech 300” confirms its position as one of the most appreciated technologies on the market, thanks to its balance of high-quality finishing, precision and accessible investment. Designed to maximize the potential of single-arm spraying machines, it represents the ideal entry-level solution for companies looking for high performance without compromising on the quality of spray applications. It ensures uniform coating on both flat and shaped surfaces, including edges, while maintaining highly efficient overspray control.

Equipped with a central reciprocating unit for the application of stains, primers and topcoats, the machine is available in three configurations tailored to different production needs. The “Single Belt” version features a 2,000-millimetre synthetic conveyor belt with Giardina Group’s reliable self-cleaning product recovery system. The “Single Belt Paper” model uses a disposable paper conveyor, while the “Dual Belt” version allows operators to choose between a synthetic belt and paper at any time, offering maximum operational flexibility.

The overspray abatement system can also be customized, with options for “Dry” filtration or “Wet” water-based filtration. The spraying chamber, built from carbon-steel profiles with pre-painted sheet panels, is paired with an air-distribution plenum designed to deliver an optimal airflow that significantly reduces overspray formation. On the technical side, the machine offers a working width of 1,300 millimetres, transport solutions with a synthetic or 1,700-millimetre paper belt, brushless gun-movement technology and a four-gun coating circuit, which can be configured on request with two independent circuits.
