Giardina Group at IWF Atlanta: positive feedback
Long-standing customers, new contacts and a direct exchange with a market showing a wide range of production requirements, from stand-alone machines to more structured finishing systems. Giardina Group looks back positively on its participation at IWF Atlanta 2026.
For Giardina Group IWF Atlanta was above all an opportunity to meet customers and partners and to discuss the needs of the North American market directly with industry professionals.
“We received positive feedback both from new customers and, above all, from long-standing ones”, says Stefano Tibè, Sales Director at Giardina Group. “This is very important to us. Expanding our customer base is naturally one of our goals, but confirming and maintaining relationships built over the years matters just as much”.
The event also provided an opportunity to strengthen relationships with the different players involved in finishing processes and to exchange views on current production needs and investment trends.
“In a market such as North America, direct contact remains very important”, Tibè continues. “Being there, meeting customers and partners and discussing their projects allows us to better understand how requirements are evolving”.
The meetings in Atlanta confirmed the wide range of production needs across the market. Alongside companies looking for stand-alone technologies or their first steps towards automation, Giardina Group met several manufacturers with higher production volumes and more complex requirements, increasingly focused on complete systems and integrated finishing lines.
“The market for stand-alone machines continues to be important”, Tibè explains. “At the same time, many of the customers we spoke with are well-structured companies with significant production requirements, and this naturally leads them towards more complete systems and lines”.
In these cases, the focus extends beyond the individual machine to the overall performance of the process, including production continuity, application quality, reliability and the integration of different technologies within the same line.
This variety of requirements was also reflected in the four technologies Giardina Group presented in Atlanta, covering different stages of the finishing process.
THE TECHNOLOGIES ON DISPLAY
Among the solutions presented was the « Dualtech 400″ oscillating spray machine in the « DualBelt » configuration, developed for the application of stains, primers and topcoats on flat and shaped surfaces. The machine combines a self-cleaning synthetic belt with a disposable paper system, allowing users to select the most suitable working configuration for different production requirements.
Alongside the spraying machine was « Jetech GP Jet », a hot-air oven designed for flash-off and drying stages, using high-speed airflows distributed through conical nozzles.
The line-up was completed by « Rolltech G02/05″, a three-independent-speed roller coater for flat surfaces, and « Uvtech GST 1501/3″, a UV oven for curing coatings applied to flat or shaped workpieces.
The four solutions offered a broad overview of Giardina Group’s technologies for different production environments, from individual machines to more structured finishing processes.
