“MVT 6000 (2TPL-F+2AT+1CTL-SF+2SB)” is a single-sided automatic machine, ideal for milling and sanding the edges of panels made of solid wood, Mdf, chipboard, coated or treated with polyurethane paints and polyesters. This solution, equipped with a thick steel frame capable of withstanding vibrations from prolonged and intensive work, has been designed to work on various furniture industry products: doors, kitchen cabinet fronts, shutters, and any product requiring high-quality milling and sanding.
The “MVT 6000 (2TPL-F+2AT+1CTL-SF+2SB)” mounts two “AT” belt sanding units, two Scotch Brite “SB” units, and two profiling units with shaped tools “TPL-F” – equipped with a soundproof protective booth – designed for profiling or grooving the edge of the panel being machined. It also has a superfinishing “CTL-SF” unit, capable of ensuring a perfect finish.
The thick steel frame, as mentioned, guarantees resistance to intense work and stability, while thanks to the Plc mounted on the individual units and its linear structure, the “MVT 6000 (2TPL-F+2AT+1CTL-SF+2SB)” manages to combine ease of use and quality of processing.
