MVT 5000 Glossy: a new solution for high-gloss panel polishing

The « MVT 5000 Glossy » is the new single-sided machine designed for polishing high-gloss panels after sanding. The process involves two « CTL160SF » sanding units, followed by cotton brushes impregnated with abrasive wax that remove sanding marks and refine the surface.

Designed for flat edge processing, the machine is equipped with three independent polishing units: two « SL300″ polishing groups with wax dispensers, and one « SL100″, a finishing brush adjustable on three axes. The brushing group consists of a motor-spindle unit with 350 millimeters felt discs and a second 300 millimeters unit mounted on a tailstock with belt transmission.

Automation control is managed by a plc system, both for general functions and for the adjustment of individual units. The machine is also ready for Industry 5.0 integration.

The « MVT 5000 Glossy » can process parts up to 3,000 millimeters in length, 1,500 millimeters in width, and 100 millimeters in thickness, with a feed speed from 2 to 15 m/min.
